By visiting https://caperush.mysellauth.com, creating an account, or purchasing anything from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional terms, conditions and policies referenced here. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website or purchase our products.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers and contributors of content. Please read them carefully before using our website.

What we sell. CapeRush sells redemption codes that unlock a cosmetic cape on a Minecraft account (Java & Bedrock). Each code can be redeemed once; after that it is tied to the account that redeemed it and cannot be moved. Capes are cosmetic only. Images and 3D previews on this site are illustrations.

Not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. CapeRush is an independent seller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Mojang Studios, Microsoft or Minecraft. Minecraft and related names are trademarks of their owners. Redeeming a code is subject to minecraft.net and the Microsoft Services Agreement.

Eligibility and account

By using this website you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use this website and make purchases.

You may need an account to access purchases, downloads and license keys. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order and keep your contact details, in particular your email address, up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information, abuse our services, or violate these Terms.

Products and digital delivery

Our products are digital cape codes. Your code is shown on your order page and sent to the email used at checkout, usually within minutes of payment being confirmed. Redeem it as soon as you receive it. Once the code is shown to you, keeping it private is your responsibility: we are not responsible for a code redeemed by someone else after delivery, or after it was shared or shown on stream.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page:

• Licenses and keys are granted for your personal use, on the number of devices or seats stated on the product page.
• You may not resell, sublicense, share, redistribute or publicly post any product, license key or account credentials we deliver to you.
• Products may be subject to the license terms of the original software publisher or platform, which apply in addition to these Terms.
• Product descriptions, images and pricing are provided for information only and may be updated at any time without notice.

Some codes originate from official Minecraft promotions and events. Mojang or Microsoft may change, end or restrict a promotion or a cosmetic at any time; this is outside our control and does not entitle you to a refund once a working code has been delivered.

Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and may exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated and shown before you complete your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email or when the product is delivered, whichever comes first. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorised or unusual activity, errors in pricing or product information, or limits on quantities available for purchase. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. By submitting payment information you authorise us and our payment providers to charge the total amount of your order. Orders paid with cryptocurrency are confirmed once the required number of network confirmations has been reached; the amount due is fixed at the time the invoice is created and underpayments may delay or prevent delivery.

Refunds

Refunds and returns are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, please also see our Right of Withdrawal page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website or products:

• for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• to infringe or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others;
• to submit false or misleading information, including at checkout;
• to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a product you received and did not return or report to us;
• to upload or transmit viruses or malicious code, or to interfere with the security or operation of our website;
• to collect or track the personal information of others, or to spam, phish or scrape our website;
• to resell, share or redistribute license keys, accounts or files delivered to you.

We may terminate your access to our website and services, cancel pending orders and revoke licenses or keys for violating any of these restrictions.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions and software, is owned by or licensed to CapeRush and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it as described on the product page. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that third-party software or platforms will remain compatible with the products we sell.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CapeRush and its owners, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights and liability for death, personal injury, fraud or gross negligence.

We are not responsible for actions taken by Mojang or Microsoft, such as account suspensions, changes to Minecraft services or the removal or restriction of a cosmetic.

Governing law

These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide products to you are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Portugal, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the date below. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
