Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

Digital cape codes

Our cape codes are digital content supplied immediately after payment. At checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the code has been delivered. If you cancel before the code is delivered, you receive a full refund.

How to cancel before delivery

Open a support ticket at https://caperush.mysellauth.com/customer/tickets with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
