We do not sell your personal information.

Skin preview. When you type a Minecraft username in the skin preview, it is sent to public Minecraft skin services (playerdb.co, mc-heads.net) only to fetch that player's public skin. It is not linked to your orders. The last skin you loaded is saved in your own browser so the preview remembers it; we do not store it on our servers.

International transfers

Our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where information is transferred out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or an adequacy decision, as applicable.

Retention

We keep your order and account information for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, including to comply with tax and accounting obligations (typically 10 years after the transaction), resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Device and usage data is kept for shorter periods unless needed for security or fraud prevention.
